Forgen Global was born from a powerful realization: far too many women and minority-owned businesses suffer in silence after experiencing fraud, impersonation, or intellectual property theft. Behind every logo, brand, and dream is a woman who has poured her time, energy, and resources into building something meaningful—only to see it jeopardized by unethical practices beyond her control.

As women-led founders ourselves, we’ve witnessed firsthand how devastating it can be when small businesses—especially those run by underserved entrepreneurs—face legal threats, identity theft, or brand sabotage. These businesses often don’t have the safety nets, funding, or legal counsel needed to fight back or recover. The result is not only financial loss but a deep personal toll on the founder’s confidence and livelihood.

What began as a grassroots outreach effort to offer guidance and emotional support quickly evolved into something more impactful: a formal initiative to provide practical, financial, and legal relief. Today, the Business Justice Relief Fund under Forgen Global offers micro-grants to help cover urgent legal expenses, rebranding efforts, and recovery needs. We connect recipients with support networks, mentorship opportunities, and advocates who understand what it means to fight for your dream.
